After being in a long term relationship or married for long time, things can sometimes get boring in the bedroom. Let’s look at some tips to spice things up.

1. Take a shower together. Don’t just look at a shower as cleaning up. Use the time in the shower to talk about your fantasies or other exiting ideas. Avoid talking about work, money, or other problems you may have. Keep the mood positive.

2. Rent a hotel for the night. Sometimes life seems to keep us in a rut. Changing up your scenery can give you a break and realize what your missing.

3. Give your partner a massage. I’m not expert on massages, but working on your partner can be a sensual experience. Don’t break their back trying to grind their muscle to bone. Instead, buy a cheap bottle of warming oil and rub lightly in circular motions. Ask your partner what feels good and build upon that. Pretty soon you will understand how to touch your partner which can lead to other things.

4. Purchase a love making technique book. When reading it together see if there
isn’t something that they would want to try.

5. Buy some cheap outfits that you can dress up in. As silly as it may seem, role playing can really motivate your sexual feelings. Even something as simple as a hat and a pair of high heels can turn almost any man bonkers.

6. If you don’t have kids, try making love in different rooms. Again, the change of setting can keep things from becoming stale. Maybe buy a zebra print comforter.

Don’t be embarrassed to suggest or try something new. Your relationship can only benefit from the closer bond between you and your partner.

Everyone knows that going to college or university can cost a small fortune. So it is especially important to save money where possible. Some people need to be the center of attention with the most expensive fashion trends, but let’s look at some more practical clothing ideas.

1. Wear a lot of comfortable clothing. With all the stress from tests and exams, the last thing you want to be stressed over is clothing that is too tight. If you don’t want to wear comfortable clothing all the time at least have some on hand in your locker or car.

2. Buy a pair of good walking shoes. There is a lot of walking between classes and wearing bad shoes is only going to be a pain. You can pick up a good pair of walking shoes for under $50 at your local department store.

3. Buying clothes that you can layer on top of each other is another great way to be practical. If you get hot you can always remove some layers and vice versa.

4. Thrift stores can be the ultimate way to save a handful of cash. Most of these stores sell old or used clothing for a couple of dollars. The other day I saw a full suit for $6. Sometimes they will have sales to save even further so be sure to stay in touch with them.

5. Remember that you can still look good with look a like brands. Buying designer named clothing is not a smart move while your in college. Your only there for a few years so wait until you have an established career before spending your even cent.
